The exchange order free return option.

1. Place an ad for new order anything and the comment section type in that "I request an exchange".
   
2. If not by credit card you paid, provide the your bank account number, where you request the refund.
   
3. The when picking up the new order hand over to the courier the item you wish to return.
   
4. A price of the returned product then we will refund you when it arrives to us.
   

Please note that during the exchange process the value of both orders must be paid, the refund will be processed after receipt.
