Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days within Hungary and 2-5 business days to EU countries.

The exact shipping cost will be visible at checkout, but shipping is free for orders over 20,000 forints.

You can return your order within 14 days or even exchange it for free, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

1. Place an new order order for anything and the in the comment section enter that “I request an exchange”.
   
2. If not by credit card you paid, please provide the your bank account number, where you request the refund.
   
3. The upon receiving your new order hand over the item you wish to return to the courier.
   
4. A the price of the returned product we will refund you once it arrives to us.
   

Please note that during the exchange process the value of both orders must be paid, the refund will be processed after the item is received.
