General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The purchase is governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce ("Ektv."). The Service Provider does not have a code of conduct.

Order

  • Orders can be placed by registered or guest users.

  • Upon placing the order, the Buyer incurs a payment obligation.

  • The prices listed in the webshop are gross prices, including VAT.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect already confirmed orders.

Shipping

  • Delivery time for products in stock:1–10 business days.

  • The products ordered in the Webshop are delivered by the Provider's logistics partner, theMPL Magyar Posta Logisztikadelivers to your door on weekdays.

  • Upon receiving the package, the Buyer is required to check its integrity. In the event of a damaged package, the Buyer must have a report drawn up with the courier.

  • Shipping fee:

    • Free for orders over 20,000 Ft.

    • For orders under 20,000 Ft: 1,850 Ft.

Payment

  • Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express – via the Barion system)

  • Advance bank transfer

  • Cash on delivery (in cash or by bank card to the MPL courier)

Right to cancel

  • The consumer, based on the 45/2014. (II.26.) Korm. regulationYou can cancel without explanation within 14 days.from the contract.

  • The intention to withdraw must be announced by email or mail.

  • The recipient of the returned products:
    AVEROLS-MANDO Kft., 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.

  • The cost of the return shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • The purchase price and shipping fee will be refunded by the Service Provider within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

  • The returned product must not be used or damaged, only suitable for testing (e.g., fitting).

  • Certain products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, custom-made items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Warranty and Guarantee

  • The Buyer is entitled to warranty rights for defects, product warranties, and guarantees according to the Civil Code, Government Decree 373/2021 (VI.30.), and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.).

  • The warranty obligation applies to those durable consumer goods specified by the relevant regulation.

The consumer is entitled to contact the territorially competent conciliation body or the online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

Mixed provisions

  • The GTC can be unilaterally modified, and the modification applies to orders placed after the publication.

  • The language of the contract: Hungarian.

  • The electronic contract concluded is filed by the Service Provider and will be accessible later.
